FAQs

What is the refund policy?

Assuming the weekend proceeds, we have a strict ‘no refunds’ policy (including for bad weather days). This policy is due to the fixed-costs associated with running these weekends
If the weekend does not proceed for any reason, we will provide 100% refund on all payments made to Northern Ski Team.

In the scenario of bad weather days, we will run an alternative day of off-snow training and activities.

Are chaperone opportunities available?

For this weekend, we are able to chaperone 4 x athletes. However, chaperone is by application only and the final decision is at the sole discretion of the NST executive committee.
The chaperone cost for this weekend is $140 per night, which includes:
– Accommodation
– Dinner and breakfast
– Ground transport
– Adult supervision throughout the camp

To discuss chaperone options, please email us at theteam@northernskiteam.co.nz and we will call you to discuss further.
